Flatlands: An Open Field
Welcome to the Flatlands, where every single province is a grassland. Where grasslands have better development cost than farmlands. And where great metropolis shall rise.
This mod does two main things:
1) changes every terrain type to grasslands, which has -20% development cost;
2) gives a powerful modifier to every nation, just so they can develop themselves.
This mod has no sense of balance and is made just to be absurd and create funny timelines. If you want the full experience of it, I recommend you to play with flat development mode.
Of course it is not ironman compatible, as it breaks gameplay completely. It also might not be compatible with most (if not all) map-changing mods.
