Description:

Starting in 1983, the Austrian Federal Railways procured this diesel railcar for their narrow-gauge lines in order to be able to operate these lines more cost-effectively.

After the ÖBB narrow-gauge lines were abandoned in 2008, the railcars were handed over to SLB (Salzburger Lokalbahnen) and to NÖVOG (Niederösterreich).

• ÖBB 5090 verkehrsrot (from 2003)
• ÖBB 5090 "Schrägdesign" (from 2010)
• NÖVOG VT Citybahn (Waidhofen) (from 2010)
• NÖVOG VT Waldviertelbahn (from 2010)
