Description:

A huge primate house to home all the great apes as well as macaques and capuchin monkeys. Your guests will be able to walk alongside the capuchins (outside and indoors!) as they observe the apes and learn about your animals. This fully lit primate house is richly furnished with plant life and wonderful views of the apes, and will be a gorgeous addition to your zoo.

Features:
– 3 fully furnished indoor sunken habitats for the Western Lowland Gorilla, Bornean Orangutan, Western Chimpanzee, and Bonobo. (Bonobos and Chimps share the central habitat)

– a fully furnished outdoor walk-through habitat for the Japanese Macaque, including food and drink shops, a bathroom, and an ATM for guests.

– a fully furnished walk-through Colombian White-Faced Capuchin Monkey habitat that runs from the front outdoor area into the foyer and the elevated paths inside. (See the color coded screenshot)

– a scenic double sided waterfall that guests can walk behind

– custom information/education signs

– complete indoor and outdoor lighting

– a hidden staff path in the sublevel and a "pit" out back for staff buildings

NOTE: The fencing on this is a little complex- if you want to use the interior paths as part of the capuchin habitat, I’ve included pictures showing the fencelines. If you have any questions, let me know- I’m happy to help out!

ALSO NOTE: I did not include any speakers in this. They’re too hard to hunt down if you want to change them. I figured it was easier for you to place them yourself.

ALSO ALSO: The capuchin could very easily be swapped out for the Ring Tailed Lemur and/or Red Ruffed Lemur. This building would also work great for various other animals!

HOW TO SET IT UP:

Macaque: This habitat is most straight-forward. Its borders run along the exterior walls of the building with the waterfall. Fencing is buried under rocks to prevent escape- there’s some glitchy issues with the ground in some areas due to the excavation inside the building. The staff gate is at the rear of the building near the staff building pit. The habitat is connected to the interior of the building with 2 guest gates. There is a third guest gate near the vendors; I used this to provide them with a staff room just outside the fence. Otherwise they would have to walk through the whole building to get to a staff room.

Capuchin: This habitat is most confusing. This habitat shares part of its fence with the macaques, has an outdoor area at the front of the building that is fenced in, and the rest is null barriers. I used glass fencing at the front of the building, then drew null barriers around the outside of the building, connecting with the macaque barriers in the back. The staff gate is at the front of the building in the outdoor area. With this setup, the macaques can roam anywhere the guests can within the primate house. The guest gates connecting the outside with the inside are connecting the macaque habitat and the capuchin habitat.

Gorillas, Chimps, Bonobos, and Orangutans: These ones are pretty simple. I used chain link fence under my elevated paths (see screenshots) to divide the area, then used null barriers around the perimeter to create three habitats. There are gaps in the walls for staff gates.
