Losing The Faith
This changes the the daily rate of a pawn’s ideology certainty change to be negative when they are in a bad mood. Tired of your browbeaten prisoners still recovering their faith everyday? Not anymore! Beware, its not limited to prisoners, everyone will lose certainty if upset!
Pawns certainty will never go below 0% and no Ideoligion changes will be triggered by the certainty going down on its own. Note that crisis of faith mental breaks can still happen to flip a pawn that is unhappy.
