The Outer Venture is an oversized Mining ship, built to dread no asteroid and end all mining.
Comes with a seizable hangar, multiple bridges, space for all the mining tools and weapons to support displacement of lighter enemies, like those guarding the dense mining fields.
It also comes with some fancy effects, most notably activating the mining equipment via the P-Menu will open up several sections of the hull to support harvesting operations (and really provide some visibility from the outside to show what is active)
Note that while there would be space to add more fixed mining drills, the game sadly doesn’t allow more fixed drills due to the limit for activatable items on the hotbar. That’s also the reason why the railgun is highly recommended here, as it doesn’t "count" for the limit as a single weapon, therefore not reducing the amount of mining drills.
There is also a small extendable bridge at the front, which can be used on planets while hovering (do so at your own risk, hovering with ships is bugged and you may fall out of the sky). Or as a platform for mulitool or voidium harvesting.
The ship can be upgraded with an ridiculous amount of lift-thrust (up to 12 XL Thrusters for lift in total), enabling it to act as a heavy lifter on high-g planets.
