Area 47 is a RP-Heavy planetside base with good production capabilites and a considerable Hangar.
It is built as a self-sufficient large reconnaissance outpost, that provides extensive espionage capabilites. Including a Intelligence coordination center, Long-Range Subspace Transmitter Dish, a Prison Wing and an Interrogation chamber. To keep the crew supported, crew quarters and a cantina with multiple hydroponics units is included.
Location is to be kept secret, especially if high ranking Zirax personnel is held in the facility.
Marked upgrade spots for 3 additional constructors and CPU upgrades. For additional power (solar/wind turbines/geothermal) use the connect feature and place them outside, to get good efficiency on them.
Placement:
Bury to the white line. You will need a large area that should be as flat as possible, to place it. The foundation gives about 3 blocks in height freedom for the ground, if you exceed that you may endanger structural integrity.
On rough terrain, consider flattening your base location first, e.g. with a HV Miner.
