Iraqi/Syrian Style Civilians

This is a simple config that provides a Civilian faction for Syrian/Iraqi style scenarios or campaigns. I found that most Middle Eastern civilians available all centerd around Afghan style so I made this. I also designed it using only Vanilla and RDS Civilian dependencies to avoid a large mod dependency from CUP or RHS so groups who use one or the other can easily add this to their modset as RDS is not a heavy dependency. I highly recommend AccuracyThruVolume’s excellent Iraqi/Syrian conflict mod to use in conjunction with this.
This faction is fully compatible within Zeus and ALiVE. Faction name is ISC_Civs
