Spectator Mode
Changes team 1 (Blue team) to be a spectator team to aid streaming broadcasts and multi-player tournament setup.
Team 1 gets to see the location of everything and enter (control) all units on the map.
Team 1 cannot launch units or alter unit loadouts nor can they setup/alter waypoints or barge logistics.
Beware, if you are a spectator in the camera of a unit you may prevent the original owner from using it correctly!
