People’s Republic of Japan (Eastern Japan)
After the end of World War II, the eastern half of Japan became a puppet state of the Soviet Union, known as the People’s Republic of Japan. The western half of Japan, meanwhile, gained independence under the influence of the Western powers, led by the United States. While the two regions of Japan remained in a state of tension, certain economic exchanges continued between them.
Three customs are placed to Soviet and NATO respectively.
