This road is situated southeast of Neo Fire Capital, work for it started long ago however due to budget being rerouted for works on more prominent areas of the city it was left unfinished. Some construction equipment can be seen around to this day, left to rot. The road got its name from the original plans which were to make it travel high above ground level to easily connect to focal points of Neo Fire Capital. Nowadays the remains of the road cast a shadow over some of the most infamous suburbs which is also where Rosso lives.
