Stronger General Skill Tree (FoTS)

There are multiple mods that alter the General skill system in the Shogun 2 base game, but one for the Boshin campaign has been missed up until now.
This mod is supposed to fill this hole with an overhaul of the base skill nodes in terms of their relevance, without changing the basic principal behind them too much.
The vanilla skill nodes are not that important and neither do they really bring that much life into your Generals -> This mod improves the stats given by the skill nodes and, at least in some cases, changes the effects of the skills nodes.
The "Legendary Commander" skill gives these stats with the modification activated:
- +3 command in all situations
- -50% upkeep for all units under this mans control
- +5 morale for all units under this mans control
