Force Labour
At the post-battle screen some factions cannot replenish their army, except after a battle with the same race.
These factions are Human, Dwarf, Woodelf and Chaos.
But with this mod they can: the good factions have "Force Labour" (the same one as the High Elves have) to replenish troops, chaos can consume their enslaved enemies soul.
