Saint/Grinch Polaroid

Replaces the sprites of The Polaroid and The Negative (and the Faded Polaroid) with the Sainte and Grunch from Grinch’s Ultimatum by PilotRedSun.
Also, adds a sound effect when you pick up either of them, and changes the musical stinger and graphic that plays when you insert the polaroid into the door in Depths II.
