RICE+POD Compatibility Submod
This mod fixes the Greenland and Normandy struggles so that people don’t go insane trying to become elligble for them. The plan is for this compatibility mod to become even more indepth, but for now the only other thing I have done is fuse the Bronze Industry Ducal Capital Building with the Vampire Ducal Capital Building and made the normal version available to the Inquisition.
