Atacama Giant · World Wonder
The Atacama Desert is decorated by a great number of geoglyphs, and the largest of them is referred to as the Atacama Giant. True to its name, the Atacama Giant takes the form of a gigantic anthropomorphic geoglyph that can be clearly seen afar, though its exact purpose and drawing time remain a mystery. Some postulated that the geoglyph represented a rain deity (before or after the Inca invasion of the region), while alien fanatics, as expected, claimed it represented an extraterrestrial being.
