Fix Prayer Orb Cost (Non Inferno)
This is a fix for everyone not using the Inferno DLC but Shifters DLC. Without the Inferno DLC the cost calculation for praying (season effects) is wrong. Don’t use it together with the Inferno DLC though as the calculation in it is different/already correct.

Enabling mods always locks you out from getting achievements. To change this behaviour I recommend using the Community Patch (which includes many more improvements):

## 2018-12-20: If you use the community patch this mod is not needed anymore as a fix is already included in its latest 2.2.3 version.
