Reisen Revived
The Lunatic eyes is back. From the Orignal Creator slol12 multiple years ago, Reisen from Touhou Project is now Revived by the hands of Lesbrin Rin (Cheerful)!

Still a slight work in progress, but pretty much done.
Major Changes:
General: Movement is slower overall except on ground. Hurtbox is more accurate.
Dspecial: No longer is a set-up move in air. It’s ground dspecial, but with massive stun instead.
Fstrong: Acts as a fast tilt now. Doesn’t launch Reisen as far anymore. More accurate Hitbox.
Fspecial: Aerial Fspecial is now a slow move that sends a powerful sniper shot. Doesn’t Stop Momentum.
Fair/Bair: Doesn’t stop momentum awkwardly. Doesn’t semi-spike anymore.
Not so "Major" Changes:
Uair: Doesn’t launch you up anymore and stops momentum.
Upstrong: Has a weak stun at the peak of the laser. Everything else is toned down hit wise.
Dstrong: Different Angle.
She will drive you to insanity. Insanity says she’s a good driver, but doesn’t know why she drove you to them.
