Harpoon SWEP
Lob it at a foe for a quick kill or into a wall to jump on it to gain some extra height, then pick it right back up again
You need to turn "Keep Corpses" on for this to be able to stick NPCs ragdolls into walls
This isn’t the harpoon from M9K, that one couldn’t weld into props it hit and didn’t have any collision when thrown nor pin the ragdolls of NPCs it killed into walls
