Terrain & Autonomy
Mountains and other complex terrains will have less economic value but high military value. while the plains will be the opposite.
Autonomy will not longer always move toward 0. Mountains, unaccepted cultural and intolerance will cause a permanent autonomy growth for the province which could be offset by your legitimacy, stability and prosperity. It could be easily damaged by a tough war either.
So basically this mod will adjust the balance, reduce the benefits that you get from expansion and increase the costs of a war.

war exhaustion = 0.05 (for every 1 war exhaustion)
overextension = 0.15 (for 100 overextension)
total occupation = 0.005 (for 1% occupation)
total blockaded = 0.05 (for 10% blockaded)
devastation = 0.25 (for 100 devastation)
no adjacent controlled = 0.025
no core = 0.15
colonial core = 0.05
territory core = 0.1
same culture group = 0.05
non accepted culture = 0.2
intolerance = 0.02
