Submod for the Cold War Era mod by Settintotrieste.
Adds French West Africa and French Equatorial Africa at game start. Currently only West Africa is meant to be played.
You get the option to continue the West African Federation under African rule if France decides to decolonize.
Future plans:
– Mali Federation with possible event based expansion
– Union of African States
– More difficulty keeping the West African Federation together
