Unit Fix: Roads for Passes and Deserts and Subject Nation Area

Since the last major updates, you are incapable of building roads in areas that are without any owner. These areas are a few mountain passes and many, many desert tiles.

This mod

  • fixes the incapability to build roads through deserts
  • fixes the incapability to build roads through mountain passes,
  • allows you to build roads within the area of your subject nations and allies.

Please tell me if it works or if any sort of problems occure.
