Description:

updated for the 1.31 beta

All attributes have additional effects and can increase to 39 to prevent increases over twenty that cause loss of effects. I’ve posted screenshots of a rank 8 general for reference.

All agents, generals/admirals, and Army/navy will receive enough skill points by level ten to max out their chosen skills.

Agents excluding (general/admirals) now provide additional attributes to the general they are attached to.

Army and navy bonuses have been increased to have a noticeable impact.

Explosive pots are added back to balista and are re-balanced.

All projectiles have been re-balanced to have damage in line with melee weapons by tier.

UI for unit stats was updated. (just the extent bars, gives a better graphic of unit base stats and bonuses)

elephant armor values are no longer ridiculously low and are now comparable to normal cavalry armor for the respective type.

Shields now provide armor.

Unit vet bonuses are higher with a focus on melee defense.

Fatigue now affects the following variables and is much more important to manage.
melee damage, missile block, shield defense, melee defense, rate of fire, movement speed, charge Resistance, charge bonus, and melee attack.

Known issues:

In the Zeal attribute effects, missile damage is shown twice, however, the top one listed is accuracy the actual damage increasing effect is by melee damage. (both of these only affect base damage and will not affect armor piercing damage)
