[Submod] Age of Bronze | Combat adjustments for legendary campaign
Due to the battle difficulty’s disproportionate scaling, the combat dynamic I had intended for Age of Bronze is not maintained when increased. Since you cannot change the battle difficulty for legendary campaigns, I made adjustments to account for the scaling.
– Slightly reduced the gap between levy and elite tier units’ melee stats
– Increased the calibration area of projectiles by 15-20%
– Unit spacing for elite units slightly increased
This does not make the battles easier. It simply offsets the disproportionate way heavier units benefit from increased battle difficulty.
While this was balanced for legendary campaigns, if you like the changes to balancing this can be used for any difficulty.
