Neco Arc!
Neco Arc is (well, will be when finished) a rushdown reader character based on making cool combos and being extremely small. She doesn’t have a lot of ranged moves, but she compensates via versatility and mind♥♥♥♥s, just like the cat would normally do.
Neco Arc’s unique gimmick is (Will be) the phone! Neco Arc can enter Phone Stance to call upon her variety of cat friends to assist her in battle! She will have a bunch of moves (including specials) that will give her various advantages over her enemy, as well as stage control!
Neco Arc is currently on hold as I am working on another mod (check out OctoPrismarium in the Yomi Hustle modding server)
