Thrusterflame Armor v1.1
A tritanium-woven heavy armor block designed for use within thruster exhaust flames without obstructing them.
– Can be built in thruster flames, but not weapon exclusion zones.
– HP between a single heavy armor block and a double. Lower explosive damage resistance.
– No actual ‘heat resistance’: thrusters do no damage, fire can’t burn armor, ions deal "damage"-type damage.
– Will automatically work with the base game’s new thruster when that’s released.
Balanced for base game : same cost as 1 heavy armor +4 structures, with tritanium extra.
Must be unlocked.
– Will not be properly restricted by weapons added by mods UNLESS maybe, a compatibility technique is used. See below.

* If a mod you want to use adds any weapons to the game, and it has an exclusion zone (if not, everything’s ok), this armor will be buildable in there.
* To avoid this, try adding this code to each affected weapon’s ".rules" file somewhere below "ProhibitAbove" or "ProhibitLeft" or whatever equivalent it uses :

* 2 things to note : If the weapon already has any ProhibitRects, just add the long line to its existing list ; Also, in all cases, tweak the numbers in brackets to fit your weapon. If you don’t know how, see this wiki page[cosmoteer.wiki.gg]. If anything went wrong, let me know.

– Maybe other size variants, still with custom sprites, still not fully obstructing thruster flames.
