Description:

This mod brings back the unbalanced concentrate development feature in 1.31. You would be able to move thousands of development into your capital by plundering China or India. Have fun!

This mod works by adding a decision that increases the development costs of the unincorporated provinces for a month. You are supposed to concentrate development only during that month. It should be compatible with most mods out there, except for ones that messes with monarch point upper limit like [Monarch Point Bigger Limits](https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2930042223).
