Department Store JEŠTĚD
Built in Liberec between 1970 and 1979, architects Karel Hubáček* and Miroslav Masák.
Slaughtered in 2009 to make space for another soulless shopping gallery.
In game it works like a huge universal store for 100 workers and up to 2000 customers.
4 parking slots, 2 factory connections.
I was working on this model for good 3 weeks and I gave it special love. As you can see, even the L1 passage is fully modelled.
Those concrete statues are not from real real life – I needed something to fill empty space.
*Karel Hubáček, 1924–2011 was the only Czech architect, who got the Perret prize. He got it for the Ještěd Tower, which I made last year and you can see it in the screenshots.
The curious thing is, by coinsidence this mod gets released on the 100th birthday of Mr. Hubáček.
