Better Marines
Very simple mod, marines don’t get the extra shock damage received and as an added bonus the special unit British heavy the man o war can transport troops just like the Dutch indiamen.
Makes marines more useful, equal to regular infantry in combat whereas for some nations like Great Britain and Norway they can get an added -10% shock damage received since it no longer just counters a debuff.
