Technology change:

Give buff to some unimportant technology.

Social tech gives 10 maximum innovation limit, 5% society tech research speed, 10% qualifications, 10% government administration throughput & 10% unit recovery rate.

Production tech gives 10% agriculture throughput, 10% plantations throughput, 10% glassworks throughput, 5% food industry throughput, 10% livestock ranch, fishing, whaling throughput & 10% power plant output.

Major production change:

Pic 2 & Pic 3: Profitable urban center (producing finance as gold) and profitable art academy (producing commercial art as gold)

Pic 4: Publicly traded allows shopkeepers/ engineers to share 10-25% of dividends, depending on the type of building and number of shopkeepers/ engineers hired. It reduces state tax capacity by 0.5 per building level and reduces building throughput by 5% regardless of the building level.

Pic 5: Science, Engineering, Social Science & Art: University can trade innovation points & qualifications with local throughput. It may be a good idea if you want to hire more academics with the maximum innovation limit being met.

Pic 6: Chainsaw mill changes from unprofitable automation to a profitable base production method.

Pic 7: Advanced automation are more profitable. Assembly line consumes less oil and gives 5% throughput. Automatic power looms gives 5% throughput.

Pic 8: Canal gives minting and local migration attraction. It is also very profitable in order to hire employee.

Some production methods are altered. However, I can assure you that the profit of the building is unchanged i.e. with all prices of input and output at base level the profit brought by that pm is unchanged. It is designed for preventing late pm overproducing goods (sewing machines, electrical sewing machines, shipbuilding) or produce more resources (iron and coal dynamites).
