Description:

Changes some things about combat.

Melee dodge and hit chance post process curve changed so values close to 100 and can be reached making melee more viable.

Weapon quality damage modiferis reduced below normal and increased above normal so low levels threats are easier but high level threats are harder.

Max armour changed to 230%.

will probably add a mod settings section so you can choose your own values.

This is my first time modding rimworld so any advice would be greatly appreciated
