内容：
1.调整官方动画、操作时不能开火的问题。
2.修复ORBAT序列中111步兵师G连2-5排小队和E连5排小队全部显示1小队的错误。
3.此修改会覆盖原来的动画，但只限于能否开火的效果调整
涉及动画名称如下：

Acts_CrouchingFiringLeftRifle04
