An extension for the L4D1 Common Infected Overhaul by Skessler ( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2193880197 ) so that the L4D2 shader system is applied to casual/rural females as well. Plese download that mod before installing this one, and do not use these:
