Weapon Rebalance Specialization
After seeing so many comments online saying "Falling Sun, Desert Sabre, Paladin’s Cross are the only weapons really worth using, everything else is so so", and being the kind of person who likes looking through all weapon choices available and imagining how I would use each one, I was fairly disheartened to see the old "well, all weapons are viable, it’s just that some are objectively better" thing being thrown around. Ergo, my personal weapon balance mod. I’ll try to outline each change made andy why I made them; lots of little tweaks, but my main philosophy was to try to give each weapon something it was best at, or at least give it a reason to exist.
I avoided nerfs entirely, as people love their Falling Suns and I don’t want to take that away, I just want to give people a reason to use something else.

These changes are by no means final, it’s difficult to tell which weapons will end up being OP and which still need more to make them attractive. If some values seem off to you, I encourage you to boot up the FCS editor yourself and tweak things to your liking, and if you have any ideas on how to make, say, the Horse Chopper worth using, comment!
