Gutman’s Shield Frame
Mod that changes shield frame in the left top corner of screen in country view, diplomatic view and other country provices view.
This is modified vanilla shield frame without cutouts in the corners, it is supposed to look like french medieval escutcheon.
Flags are from WappenWiki Flags mod and are not included.
