Ancient Wise Ones & Astral Inspiration Rework
Changes Ancient Wise Ones to have a discount on the random skill, and removes the random element from Astral Inspiration. The reason for this change is because the exclamation mark that used to mark which techs were made cheaper was removed, meaning you have to manually figure out which techs are being discounted, which sucks.
Ancient Wise Ones: All skills cost +10% Knowledge & when you unlock a Tome, a random skill costs -110% Knowledge (It becomes free)
Astral Inspiration: All skills cost 20% less Knowledge
Edit: As of Primal Fury, the Exclamation Mark is back, but I will leave this mod here for anyone who likes it. I personally am probably done using it.
