超级24工程是苏联红海军在全球处于20英寸狂潮时期的一种有趣探索，采用高倍径比的406毫米四联装炮塔，选择高精度与大穿深而非口径。
An interesting sidetrack of the Soviet Red Navy while the world was in a frenzy of 20inch gungs. They chose long cannon to achieve higher precision and penetration over caliber.
最后该尝试最终被放弃，转而重新采用530mm舰炮，称为24bis。
However, the proposal was later reversed and Project 24 bis was armed with 530mm guns.
这是苏联海军“套娃”系列3舰的最终一艘，至此这个小系列全部完成。
