My first upload of 2024, happy new year guys!! Here is my 1:1 "replica" of Stoke Spaces Nova, with a LOT of creative liberties. In real life Nova is an uncrewed satellite launcher, but the second I saw that it could do lunar missions, I just knew what I had to do.

Features

Automatic launching and landing reusable booster
Second stage/ lunar lander that is also fully reusable
Launch tower with lightning towers
A recovery barge for far away landings of the second stage
And MUCH more, the lander especially is filled with stuff
Such as…
A airlock
Capacity for three astronauts and their equipment
Capability to land anywhere any time
RCS Thrusters for easy manoeuvring and control
Lots of detail all over the place
Its the fricken Stoke Space Nova whats not to love

Startup Procedure

Note: Nova needs infinite fuel, I originally had it with fuel, but it took so long to refuel that I just ditched it
Once in the room at the top of the launch tower connect the crew access arm
Once in Nova active the lights and monitors
Turn on RCS rotation stabilisation
Turn on engines and throttle them up
once the vehicle is all powered up you can press LAUNCH SEQUENCE START, 10 seconds later and you’re heading towards the stars.

Tips and Tricks

During the initial launch phase don’t use the RCS at all, the booster can control itself automatically and using RCS too much can put it off course.
When the capsule gets too much Carbon Dioxide in it, vent the air and then replenish it with fresh air using the buttons on the control panel.
When landing in 3rd person use the navigation lights to properly tell the direction of the vehicle. Red should ALWAYS face left and green always right, that way WASD is in the right direction.
To land on the moon or earth, use push control, the engine only fires when you are holding your mouse/spacebar, making it super easy to land gently with low throttle, use low throttle, just over 1:1 thrust to weight to make landing easier, but make sure you dont slam into the surface, decelerate a lot before hand, slowing down quickly is very hard.
