Original mod notes (1.0):
Adds new security turrets to RimWorld as well has a host of new research choices needed to construct the turrets. New textures are added and each turret has its own attributes. These turrets are meant to fight off the larger groups of raiders that appear later in the game and as such the research projects do take more time to finish.
