AVERA
Avera Swochar, Saiverse Event Character. Totally not late.
As you might notice some sprites are not like others, and that is because the sprites for this character were meant to be resprited, but I figured id just upload it in this current state since its already done, and the resprite will be completed at a later date.
Avera is an extremely swift Rushdown (probably) with a Speed based mechanic and a wide range of moves to catch your opponent offguard.
