Cirno is a character from Touhou. She is an ice fairy, an exceptionally strong individual among fairies. She has power that matches stronger humans yet still has the childish mind of fairies.
One day, Cirno found herself in a devastated post-war world. Perhaps it’s yet another prank of some much stronger entities, she must find her way out of this ruined world.

Ice Shard (New)
– Fire a shot that applies 1 Frost. Costs 2 Mana, deals 25 dmg per shot.

Artifacts:

Cold Sunflower (New)
– Gain 1 Spell Power and deal 5 dmg per Spell Power when Frost dmg is dealt.

MintTea
– Restore 1 Mana when Frost dmg is dealt.

Spells:

Icicle Machine Gun (New)
– Fires 15 shots, the first and the last shot apply 1 Frost. Costs 2 Mana, deals 5 dmg per shot.

Diamond Icicles (New)
– Fire 3 ricocheting shots in 3 ways that apply 1 Frost. Costs 2 Mana, deals 40 dmg per shot.

Frostbite
– Apply 1 Frost 4 Tiles away. If you have Fragile, apply 3 Frost instead. Costs 0 Mana, deals 0 dmg.

Frostbolt
– Fire a shot that applies 1 Frost. Costs 1 Mana, deals 40 dmg per shot.

Brittling Cold (New)
– Fire a shot that applies 1 Fragile. Applies 1 additional Fragile and deals 50 dmg per Frost stack on target. Remove target’s Frost. Costs 1 Mana, deals 10 dmg per shot.

Artifacts:

Frozen Frog (New)
– When Frost dmg is dealt, deal 40 dmg for each Fragile stack on target, remove target’s Fragile.

Spells:

Crystalize (New)
– Hit a small column 4 tiles away. Apply 3 Frost, 3 Fragile and 12 Defense. If you have Fragile, don’t give Defense. Costs 2 Mana, deals 0 dmg.

Icy Wind (New)
– Fire 4 shots that apply 1 Frost. If you have Fragile, the bullets become wider. Costs 2 Mana, deals 0 dmg.

Cold Medicine
– Fire a shot that heals and applies 2 Frost. Costs 0 Mana, heals 40 hp per shot.

Showdown
– Everyone gains Fragile. Costs 0 Mana, deals 0 dmg.
