Headshot Feedback
Lightweight headshot effect addon for Garry’s Mod. Makes headshots scored on NPCs punchier by emitting a spark when hit, along with playing an impact sound effect. Concept inspired (and recreated) from Counter Strike: Source and SMOD: Redux.
Features:
- Scoring a headshot on a NPC causes sparks to emit from their head, similar to the helmet effect in Counter Strike: Source and SMOD: Redux.
- A reworked version of Counter Strike: Source’s helmet hit sound effect is also played for maximum punchiness.
Limitations:
- This addon has only been tested for Single Player. There may be unnoticed bugs during multiplayer matches.
- This addon will not work on NPCs that lack a headshot hitbox.
