Bill Doors’ sten guns
Adds a sten gun and sten turret.

Sten guns and turrets are extremely cheap weapons with variable burst shot count. They’re also too crude to have quality modifiers, thus making legendary sten guns impossible.
Lack of magazine in vanilla however, may cause sten guns to be a strong weapon instead.
