Almost Restrictionless Formables
This simple mod removes many requirements from Formable Nations
Which requirements are removed:
- Technology
- Embraced Institution
- Province Ownership
Which requirements are not removed:
- Culture
- Religion
- Regional
Instead, Formable Nations get claims/cores on areas they should own.
This mod also makes it so that AI can form all Formable Nations.
This mod only affects nations formable by decisions
