Dangerous asteroid fields (Deprecated – FU incompatible)
NOTE – THIS VERSION IS INCOMPATIBLE WITH FU, PLEASE INSTALL THE FU COMPATIBLE VERSION IF YOU DONT ALREADY HAVE THIS INSTALLED.
Basically, this mod adds most space encounter enemies to asteroid fields and makes their difficulty range from 1 to 7, also it adds all enviromental status effects to them to make them ‘endgame’ level.
As to why:
1.-Makes asteroid fields mech viable since the encounter enemies drop batteries for the mech.
2.- Makes asteroid fields a renewable source of mech parts, so instead of doing 1000 encounters you can just make a base on a field and farm the parts you need there.
3.- I wanted to make asteroid field bases with the enviroment field changer mod, but they didnt really have any benefits compared to vanilla planets.
Changelong:
1.1 – Fixed Asteroid fields not having all hazards (had to edit a file aside from the biome, the asteroidworlds.config)
1.2 – Fixed low tier (1-2) encounter enemies not dropping anything. This is a vanilla bug, but I fixed it anyways, should apply to other mod’s space encounters, like tier 1 and 2 space encounters in TrueSpace!
