Top Down Camera View
Have you ever wondered what Arma might be like in a new top down environment?
This mod gives players a top down view of their character in third person and aims to add variety of experience to Arma gamers. It is fully SP, MP and server compatible with a signed key. You can still use first person view by pushing the enter button on your num pad. When you enter a building the camera will still zoom to normal view so you can look around inside. The camera will naturally zoom back out in open areas. This third person view has no effect on vehicles.
This mod will work on all Arma maps and does not require DLC.
My suggestions if you are going to use this mod
- Consider turning down AI skill and precision, since you generally cannot fully see as well as normal.
- Arm your player with tracer ammo to help aim in third person view.
- Crosshair on.
- Being near walls or buildings will cause the camera to zoom down. The camera will zoom out when you are in more open areas. Keep this in mind when engaging the enemy.
Try using Blastcore Tracers with this mod to help you see your shots even better.
