A employee at the weapons development and research company, his name is Derek Taylor, he has a heavy drinking problem and an alter ego, one day he gets drunk on the job and goes down to the lower offices where he steals numerous plans for a type of armor and even a small power source, he then leaves and goes home, then gets drunk again and builds it at home with things he stole when he did the same thing. Now he basically hunts criminal gangs and terrorist, but hes at a random bar most of the time.
