Description:

Do you want more from Gran Colombia? Looking for some non-Domination variety, or something just a little less OP? Then this mod is for you!

This rework mod completely reworks the Unique and Leader Abilities of Gran Colombia, and tweaks the units as well.

Gran Colombia

Unique Ability – Congress of Cúcuta
Government Plaza buildings unlock all Legacy cards from your government tier. Receive a free Wildcard slot during Golden Ages.

Unique Unit – Llanero (Cavalry)
Adjacent combat bonus reduced to +2 (down from +4). Healing bonus applies from Great Generals as well.

Unique Infrastructure – Hacienda (Improvement)
Unchanged.

Simón Bolívar

Leader Ability – Campaña Admirable
During Golden Ages, all units gain +1 Movement and can move after promotion. Gain access to the unique Libertador unit.

Unique Unit – Libertador (Great Person)
A standalone unit unique to Bolívar’s Gran Colombia, earned by retiring a Great Person type for the first time. Has unique abilities and passive Great General effects. Liberating a city yields Era Score and Culture for every Libertador in the city’s borders.

NOTE(S):

• This mod was made assuming the player has Gathering Storm installed.
• Libertadores are Comandante Generals with a type renaming, and a such have the same individuals and bonuses.
• Retiring a Libertador for the first time does not grant another Libertador – this only applies to other Great Person types.
• Note that, while all three Legacy cards from your current tier will be unlocked via the UA, you still can’t slot the Legacy card of your current government. :/
