Small Mod, adding in a new PM for government Administrations:
"Private Offices" using a set amount of services to get more burocracy. Its designed to be an "early" option to boost burocracy for a price and represents an valid option to use cheap lategame services.
Fully compatible with my mods (atm Railway Reforms).
