卡-27是由前苏联卡莫夫(Kamov)设计局研制的一种多用途直升机，北大西洋公约组织称之为“蜗牛”(Helix)。它是一种共轴反转双旋翼直升机。该机于1969年开始设计，原型机于1974年12月首飞，80年代初研制成功并投入生产。1982年卡-27开始服役，用来取代卡-25。
The Ka-27 is a multi-purpose helicopter developed by the Kamov Design Bureau of the former Soviet Union. It is referred to as "Helix" by the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). It is a coaxial contra-rotating rotor helicopter. The design of this aircraft began in 1969, and the prototype made its first flight in December 1974. It was successfully developed and put into production in the early 1980s. The Ka-27 entered service in 1982, replacing the Ka-25.
