Yes, this is another addon that tries to "optimize" the game, using magic commands and Lua-scripts.
Of all the addons that I have published, this is the most unstable in its workability, because to find the optimal settings for each computer – almost impossible, because of which this addon for most users may be generally useless.
Using this addon, on my personal computer (i7-3770, GTX 650), it showed these results (~265avg. fps > ~290avg. fps) without other / unnecessary addons, on gm_construct, without leaving the spawn and without moving the mouse.
